Welcome to my premier concierge service that goes above and beyond to take care of your home maintenance needs. I am a dedicated real estate and property management professional that provides thorough home check-ups to ensure your property is in top shape year-round. From routine inspections to proactive maintenance, I offer a wide range of services to keep your home running smoothly.

My services start at $50 per visit for up to 1 hour and $40 per additional hour.

Services provided:
- bi monthly inspection with report sent to the owner
- inspection for signs of forced entry/ vandalism
- verification that doors/ windows are secured
- examination for plumbing leaks
- activation of all plumbing fixtures to prevent odors
- testing HVAC systems and their functionality
- inspection of water heater for leaks
- inspection of outdoor meter for hidden leaks
- general assessment of home’s condition, such as cleanliness/ lawn maintenance needs.
